Our Story
Quincy Solid Concrete was formed on an idea, as well as a mission. The mission was to provide our community with quality, honest concrete installation services. We were frustrated with the amount of poor-quality concrete work being done in the area by other installers; we had seen numerous homes and business owners with concrete installations that would crack early, settle unevenly, and/or fail to withstand the extreme weather conditions of New England.
We believed there was a way to improve upon the existing methods used by most of these installers. With the help of high-quality materials, proven methods of installing concrete, along caring about our clients, we have been able to expand our operations from a small installer to one of the top concrete installers in the city of Quincy. Most of our success is attributed to referrals from happy clients who continue to refer us to their friends, family members, and neighbors.

Local Expertise:
We both reside and work in Quincy. We have an intimate understanding of all of the weather patterns, coastal soils, and local building codes that exist in Massachusetts. Our familiarity with these aspects of Massachusetts allows us to design each installation to withstand the unique environmental characteristics of our location. We are familiar with how the freeze-thaw cycle affects the strength and integrity of concrete, we have experience with managing storm water and other forms of runoff in coastal locations, and we have identified those cement mixes that will provide the most effective results in our area.
